ISO: Yeast Free Bread without a Bread machine

Misc.
I am looking for recipes for making yeast free breads without a bread machine. I used to have a recipe for yeast free whole wheat bread, but it has gotten lost. Since I have a high sensitivity to yeast, I am once again trying to collect bread recipes that I can enjoy, and use for making sandwiches.
