DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW LONG YOU CAN STORE PEANUT BRITTLE AND HOW LONG IT WILL KEEP? IWANT TO GET A JUMP START ON CHRISTMAS BECAUSE I USUALLY MAKE ABOUT 50 LBS OF THIS FOR GIFTS. tHANKS

Hi Toni,

Only store peanut brittle in a tin with a tight fitting tin lid I make many pounds at Xmas too & this is the only way I store it. Will last forever this way but only if you hide it. Don't try to make on a rainy or damp day, it won't work. I do mine in the microwave it's great.
