ISO: Applebee's Mexi-ranch dip

I spoke with a waitress at Applebee's. I wanted to know if they sold any of their dips. Of course she said no but when I asked her how to make Applebee's mexi-ranch dip she said that all it contains is low-fat ranch dressing and the juice from salsa.
