Answer to Question Regarding Assembly of Cinnabon Cheesecake

the batter is going to be a little stiff but once it is all together in there and you run the knife through it, it just givies it a swirled appearance. the batter will settle at the bottom once cooked and the whole knife thing really doesn't affect it.
