Recipe: Magic Low Salt Chicken Stuffing and Paul Prudhomme's Seasoning Mix

Makes 6 Servings
6 ounces unseasoned croutons
2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Salt Free Seasoning
2 cups onions, chopped (about 1 large onion)
1 cup celery, chopped (about 4 stalks)
1 (101/2 oz.) can low sodium chicken broth
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine the croutons, onions, celery and Magic Salt Free Seasoning in a large bowl. Toss until combined. Pour the chicken broth over the crouton mixture and stir until the liquid is absorbed. Place the mixture in a casserole. Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Remove the cover and continue to bake until the top is golden brown, about 20 minutes.
