Bread on Holland Grill???

Misc.
Any Holland Grill owners here? I'm wondering whether I can bake bread in my grill outdoors on a hot day. The temp. goes up to 350 or so and the grill works on TIME. I know it might not work on a windy day as the yeast action might quit in draft as I move it from the house to the grill, but I'm wondering whether BAKING it in the grill will work.
