Recipe: Gino's Special Sauce (information and copycat recipe)

Toppings - Sauces and Gravies
GINO' SAUCE INFORMATION
"I used to work at a Gino's in Elizabeth, NJ in 1971 and 1972. If I remember correctly, the sauce they used on the Gino's Giant was a thicker version of Thousand Island dressing. We put it on the buns with something that looked like a caulking gun." Wayne to Uncle Phaedrus
