We use our grill all summer long (and winter too) and we have always struggled to get pork chops done without getting dried out. Your temperature lowering method may be the answer. I also anxious to try the green beans your way. Thanks. Alaska sounds so beautiful-we keep talking about taking a vacation there to take a look for ourselves, your description lets me know that this would be a nice time of year to make that trip.
