Recipe: Maid-Rite Loose Meat Sandwich Filling - copycat recipe

MAID-RITE LOOSE MEAT SANDWICH FILLING
(copycat recipe)

FOR THE SANDWICH FILLING:
1 lb 85% lean hamburger
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp sweet paprika
4 tsp cider vinegar
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 small yellow onion, finely diced
3 oz Coca-cola
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black Pepper
1 tsp granulated sugar
FOR SERVING:
Hamburger buns
Chopped onion
Yellow mustard
Dill pickle slices
Ketchup (optional)

Combine the ingredients for the filling in a crock pot.

Cover crock pot and cook on LOW for 6 hours.

Using a slotted spoon, serve the loose meat filling on hamburger buns with chopped onion, yellow mustard, dill pickle slices, and ketchup if desired.
