Carob Chip Cookie

Diane,
I searched the internet a bit for you, but didn't see anything that looked particularly great. I even found one recipe that used carob and whole wheat flour with shortening. I don't get it. Maybe that would be fine for you.

My advice, before I started looking and still, is to use your favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe. Simply replace the white flour with whole wheat flour and the chocolate chips with carob chips.
