Hi Mike I have two Kraft books but neither have the ones you are looking for but I looked around and found a Kraft site. I saw the Pina Colada Cheesecake you wanted. The site is www.kraftfoods.com if this doesnt work let me know and I will post the recipe for you. Where abouts in Ontario are you? I live near St.Catharines,Ont. Good luck with your cheesecakes!
