Chess Pie

Misc.

Kristen, my grandmother in Louisiana makes a wonderful "chess" pie, and I often find that no one knows in Texas what I'm talking about when I mention it.
I need to get the recipe from her, and I'll post it later. As she usually never measures anything, I'll get as much detail as I can to get it to you.
