Recipe: Southern Style Chess Pie

Southern Style Chess Pie

2 Eggs ( beaten well)
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees; have unbaked pie shell ready!
In large bowl, mix sugar, brown sugar and flour together;
add beaten eggs and mix well. Add melted butter, milk and
vanilla; mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake until
pie is firm in the middle.
Note: This pie is great to serve warm!
