Choclate coating for ice cream bars

Misc.
I don't have a recipe for the chocolate coating for ice cream bars, but I know that places like Dairy Queen add oil to the melted chocolate to make it smooth. I believe many of them add palm oil or coconut oil (ingredients that are not readily available in Amercian grocery stores) because they harden quickly.
