Chocolate in Chili

Misc.

eggy, must be the chocolate. Of course we know about the subtle taste of chocolate in Mexican Mole, but just yesterday on the Food Network, I saw a man who made Chili and put in 2 chocolate kisses per pot. When people did a taste test, they immediately knew which sample had the chocolate. I was surprised that such a small amount of chocolate had that much effect. Very interesting.
