Hi Lori,

Sometimes this recipe is called Cinnamon Crisp also. They are quite addictive, aren't they? When I first ate them I had no idea that graham crackers were the main ingredient. They have a unique taste, a cross between candy and cookie. I love them and make them during the holidays.
