Donna - Rice and peas

Misc.
Hi Donna - I have an old Caribbean cookbook that has lots of rice and peas recipes - do any of these sound like what you are looking for?:

from Haiti - pink beans, salt port, onion, hot green pepper, rice

from Guadeloupe - red beans, onion, garlic, bay and thyme, hot red pepper, rice

from Jamaica - pink beans, onion, hot red pepper, coconut milk, rice

from Trinidad - ham hocks, beef cubes, a little tomato, green bell pepper, hot green chili, pigeon pieas, rice

I'd be happy to post any of the recipes that sound like what you are looking for - just let me know!!
