SCALLOPED POTATOES DELUXE
1 (4.7 oz) box Betty Crocker Scalloped Potatoes (dry mix)
2 cups boiling water
2 tbsp. butter
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery, chicken, or mushroom soup
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients in ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Bake uncovered until potatoes are tender, 35-40 minutes.
Makes 6 servings
