Dried Cranberries / Craisins

Hello, again Linda:

Craisins are made (by Ocean Spray) by drying and sweetening fresh cranberries.

Craisins can be used in any recipe calling for dried cranberries. I think it is common for recipes to refer to "dried cranberries" rather than "Craisins" since Craisins is a trademarked name.
