Dried Fruit suggestions

Misc.

Hi Mj,
You can make delicious chutneys, fruit breads, and compote with dried fruit. (All of which I enjoy). In winter, years ago, when a variety of fresh fruit was difficult to find at market stalls, compote was very popular for festive occasions especially in Europe and the Middle East. If you like - I'll post a few recipes. Lee,TX
