Dried fruit response

Misc.

I use dried fruit in my bread machine. Just use a sweet dough and add 1/2 cup to the machine when it beeps. It's great toasted, or with chicken or tuna salad. Kind of a different flavor. I have used papaya, apricot, cherries, just about all you had listed. Put about a T of flour over the fruit before you put it in the machine, tho-it mixes better. Also, if the fruit is whole, chop it a little. Good luck!
