I freeze the soft flour taco shells all the time. They last about 6 months frozen for me. It will make a difference if your freezer is frost free or not. The frost free will dry your foods out because they slightly thaw and then refreeze to keep them frost free. To keep your taco shells longer, then seal in a ziploc bag. That or wrap the package tightly in aluminum foil.
