Eggy/oz. I am so glad you liked

Misc.

the pound cake .. It has been a favorite of ours for all these years and I bake it for all my friends..

I have baked it in 2 loaf pans before and it also makes 3 layers if you should want to make a layer cake.

You can use margarine instead of butter and if you want to make chocolate cake You can add cocoa powder but reduce the flour according to the amount of cocoa you use.

I love hearing about all the changes you have made and am going to try it with yogurt..Sounds so good.

I keep 2 or 3 in my freezer all the time because someone always needs one. I bake 2 at a time when I bake..They really freeze well.

We just had one tonight for my husbands birthday with Ice cream..

I really appreciate all the compliments and so glad you are enjoying it.
