Lora Brody's book "Plugged In" has a lot of GREAT ideas for an electric skillet. I don't even own an electric skillet but her book made me want to buy one! You can get the book by following TKL's link to Amazon.com but if you like to try before you buy, you should definitely take a look at "Plugged In" in your library.
