Hi there--

I live in L.A., and I understand the cravings! I've been looking for a recipe to ages, both online and through friends--and no one has really been any help. I did find a recipe online (the URL is http://www.batista.org/pastor.html) that apparently needs a little fixing up. I haven't tried it yet, but with a little tinkering, you and your son can have that down-home taste in your own home! Good luck!
