ISO: Need Taco Recipe, Desperately

Hope someone out there can help me. My son spent some time in LA last fall and became aquainted with the Taco Trucks. He has a real "hunger" for one, near as we can come up with the name is "Al Pastor" and it is made of pork. We've been looking for this for ages!

Also if anyone has any other Taco recipes, please pass them on to us!
