They actually sell paper that goes directly into a computer printer (It may work in a copy machine, too). I've used it. It came out pretty good except it seemed to really tint the paper red. I would suggest playing with the tint prior to printing it out. I did this, but the effect was good on paper and red on the cloth. They sold it in cream and white at Jo-Ann Fabric. It has a paper backing that peels off. I'm not sure if it will work in the same capacity that you want to use it, but it works great in quilting.
