For Christie/Alberta - Hot Dogs

Hello Christie. Maybe you could cut up the dogs & bake them with mac & cheese or scallop potatoes like I sometimes do with ham. You could also bake them with with sauerkraut which I have seen before. Sometimes it is nice to fry them before putting them into a dish.
Hope this gives you some ideas.
