For Lerosia, question about the thyme...

Hi Lerosia, I looked at the recipe and that is indeed a lot of thyme. I am sorry that I don't have an answer for you, but I am curious about the thyme you used. Was it powdered or leaf? I would think powdered would have given a stronger taste. It isn't a misprint, because of the large amount of fresh thyme listed. I usually really like Epicurious recipes, but the author of that one must REALLY like thyme. Please let us know if you find an answer.
