No Thyme to fix

Hi Jeanne
You know I thought it was a little too much thyme in the recipe..I am also a huge fan of Epicurious's recipes
Now if it was Basil..it would be so bad :)
Sadly I dont think theres anything I can do about it other than learn another valuable cooking lesson..
Good thing this HUGE batch was only for me and not guests
I used dried thyme, but it was very fresh..large leaf..and from a top herb market..Fresh wouldnt have been quite as strong I dont think

The raw potato thing didnt work for Thyme either btw.
