ISO: Help! Too Much Thyme in Beef Bourgignon

Misc.

Hi and help :)
I put WAY too much Thyme in my Beef Bourgignon..does anyone have a remedy to ease the flavour of Thyme?
I tried adding more sugar, wine, pepper..to no avail
It does taste lovley but still a bit too much thyme
FWIW I added 2 tablespoons of fresh dried thyme..the Epicurious recipe called for it. You can email me if you like at Thanks in advance
