fruit sweetened jams

You may purchase a pectin called Pomonas Universal pectin that may be used for sugar free, fruit juice sweetened, sweetened with honey, etc. Type in Pomonas Universal pectin in your search engine, and it should come up. You can mail order. I found mine in a health food store. The recipes can also be doubled or tripled unlike regular pectins. The jams are water bathed like regular jams.
