Getting red stain out of carpet

Misc.

I would try a professional company at this point. If you do get a company to come to try to get the stain out, ask specifically if they carry something called "Kool-out" or "Red-out" or a similar product made specifically for red carpet stains. Not all carpet cleaners carry these. At this point, they may not be able to get all the stain out, but they can considerably lighten it. They may still be able to get it out. I learned a lot from "The Stainbuster's Bible," by Don Aslett. That book has helped me save several articles of clothing, and is where I learned about the products companies use to clean carpets with. I was able to get an old stain lightened to barely noticeable.
