Gladys, that's great news!

Misc.
So glad to hear it! Now you can relax with your mother's treasured things around you to help stir your wonderful memories. I have to get busy on the scrapbook of photos of my Mom to give my brother this coming Christmas. We are enjoying good news here, too. My husband has just been promoted to Lieutenant at his department. I spent part of yesterday morning taking the Sergeant stripes off his uniform, as he will now be wearing bars on his collar! When it cools down a bit later this month we plan to have a celebration with friends and family (and FOOD!) We are all so proud of him, this promotion comes as a direct result of his strong work ethic and enthusiasm for whatever job is given him. I am a very lucky gal to be married to him.
