Hello Carolyn!

Well Summer is almost over and that crop of basil will soon be disappearing! I must make good use of the bounty. Maybe next week I will make some different Italian dishes that make use of basil. I wish I knew how to freeze it without it turning black on me.

I used some last week for the Chicken Cacciatore (by, the way, it was KILLER!!) and I had two stems left over which I put in a glass of water and would you know it, they are sprouting roots!! HAHAHA
