Hello Manyhats!

Thank you for thinking of me! I am so glad you are a fan of Paula Deen...I try not to miss any of her shows, she's a hoot! I also love all her cookbooks! Yesterday I made her Pot Roast and you would be surprised at the thickness and color and flavor of the gravy, yum!! I will again serve it today but this time over buttered egg noodles. You need to make it, it is very flavorful and tender! She does have a way with recipes, they are all so yummy!! You must also try those Peanut Butter Brownie Cupcakes, they are killer!!

I went into Food Network and copied the Southwest Georgia Pound Cake, it sure looks delish!! I will probably make it this weekend or as soon as the Key Lime Pie disappears!

I am sitting here, writing to you and listening to the 1st Six Feet Under CD which has incredible music! I also have the 2nd one, it is even better than the 1st one with a variety of music. I am so sorry that series ended, it was brilliant!

All my housework, laundry and ironing is done and I don't have any yardwork to do until Friday so I am going to kick back and see a few Sopranos DVD's I borrowed from the library. And yes, Bobo will probably come and lie on my tummy and knead away while Matilda sits on the armrest and Putzy sits on the foot rest! Bobo is doing remarkably well..I have been administering steroid nose drops in the evening and he has not been "snortling". The Vet said he suffers from sinusitis...can you imagine that? Poor cat, he is such a dear and a good medicine taker, I might add.

Well, let me go and I will catch you later. Ask Betsy for my e-mail Manyhats! I hope to hear from you soon!

Your Friend, Gina
