Recipe: John's Favorite Mini Sweet Rolls (using refrigerated crescent roll dough)

6 teaspoon butter, softened
6 teaspoons brown sugar
1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Spray miniature cupcake pans with a cooking spray. Place 1/2 teaspoon butter in the bottom of each muffin cup. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar over butter.
Open crescent roll package and roll out the dough. Take 2 squares of dough and press the perforations together. Roll up tightly like a jellyroll. Repeat.
Slice each roll into 6 slices. Lay one slice on top of butter and brown sugar in each muffin cup.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
