herbed vinegar recipes

Hi, I am new to this and I need help in finding some recipes. I am looking for some herbed and fruited vinegar recipes I can make at home for friends and family, nothing to fancy just a basil, thyme, oregano and maybe a lemon vinegar. I would really appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks.
