Hi Jan,

We'd love to see tried and true recipes anyone has to share! In the meantime, The Simple Chocolate Almond Ice Cream in the recipe booklet with the Cuisinart is very good! We have these sample recipes from The Ultimate Ice Cream Book available in Cookbook Heaven: Ginger Ice Cream, Mint Ice Cream and Chocolate Sorbet
and if you search for ice cream you'll find many recipes previously shared.
