How do you all determine water temp. for your bread machines?

I'm wondering if any microwave could/would accept a probe, if it didn't come with one? Since that was suggested as a way to make sure water wasn't too hot. I'm wondering how else one could determine water temp. How do all the rest of you determine water temp. for bread making?
