What a wonderful adaptation of the Silver Palate's Recipe CHICKEN MARBELLA. I love both Silver Palate cookbooks (I have both and I treasure them) and I suggest that you look at their delicious Pork Loin. I love your recipe and you always make me laugh because you know me so well, dear friend. I would add of course the cilantrillo instead of the parsley, just because I love the cilantrillo, but the parsley is excellent too.

Carolina, I must confess that I was checking if you were going to add too much liquid and you add just like an expert, the right amount. Thanks for the recipe. And Carol must buy the two editions of the Silver Pallate Cookbook, they are excellent.
