I am sending Ball blue book recipe.

Glenna, are you from Longview? If so, I worked withyou at Fabricland! Well, I don't have the old recipe, but perhaps this is the same
Green tomato relish:
4 qaurts chopped peeled green tomatoes about 32 medium.
2 quarts chopped cabbage
2 cups chopped sweet green peppers
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup pickling and canning salt
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 T. mustard seed
1 T. celery seed
1 T. prepared horseradish
4 1/2 cups vinegar
Sprinkle salt over veggies,mix, let stand 3-4 hours. Drain, rinse,and drain thouroghly. Combine sugar, spices, horseradish, and vinegar.Simmer 15 minutes. Add veggies,bring to a boil. Pack hot relish into pint jars, leave 1/4 inch headspace. Process in water bath for 10 minutes. About 7 pints
Hope this is what you are looking for! Also, zucchini relish is good and sweet, have you tried it?
