ISO: Green tomato relish, please

I am looking for the green tomato relish recipe from one of the old Kerr or Ball canning books, circa 1945-1955. My grandmother used to make it. It is a wonderful sweet relish, absolutely delicious on hamburgers. I have searched the recipes here already and it isn't here. Thank you.
