one of my sons won't do creamy, tho, so whenever he is out, the rest of us have a "creamyfest"!

BTW, I grew up in Grimsby, ON. Have seen the "wonder" of Niagara Falls more times than I can count (Sunday drives, back in the 60's/70's, back when gas prices were sooo not what they are now). Dinner buffet (called a smorgasbord back then) at Prudhomme's on the way back. (Not sure exactly where that was, but somewhere along the QE!)
