a good chili powder is key to a good result. I myself buy it in bulk from a reputable shop where I get most of my spices.

But, I have also had, and really enjoyed, the Club House mix of spices. I am sure they are readily available in the States, too.

I recommend that to you, and hope it makes a difference.
