Recipe(tried): Nabisco Heyday Bars (copycat recipe) - Excellent!

Thank you for coming up with this recipe. One bite and I said..."perfect"!!! My husband said the cookies were "deadly", they were so good. You definitely need to take the time to scrape the center of the wafers out. It takes a little longer but it is absolutely worth it. I made a few with just the cream filling and they weren't as good. The ones with the caramel layering between the wafers were the best. I can't wait to make them again.
