I'm impressed!

Misc.
Hi Gina and others:
I have been enjoying this site and printing out recipies for the past month. I think it very nice of all of you to share recipies and take the time to post for all to enjoy. I wish I had more time to post, but by the time I can check this site, I'm usually ready for bed. I especially enjoy Gina's stories about her life in her garden and enjoying good food with friends. My life is so hectic, especially this time of the year with the kids finishing school. Everyday at 4:00 I'm in the car running the kids to whatever activity they happen to have that day. Dinner, ha!!!!! I try to come up with a balanced meal but am usually too tired after work to cook. Forget about finding time to clean-up the house and do laundry. I guess there are others out there like me who enjoy cooking and entertaining but are having difficulty finding the time and energy. I am still having my big party in August. It is still in the planning stages. Thanks for letting me let off some steam and keep up the good work........Christine
