Instant Espresso Powder?

Hi, I am interested in trying these yummy-sounding muffin recipes, I also have other recipes that call for instant espresso powder but I have never been able to find it. Once I substituted regular espresso powder with pretty gritty results - ha,ha! Lately I have just subbed instant coffee. Any suggestions? TIA!
