ISO recipes for Labor Day cookout

Misc.

I know this is early but I will be at Boy Scout camp next week and a week camping at Lake George in August so this is about the only time I could ask.
We are planning a cookout for Labor Day and would like any and all recipe suggestions. We always do hamburgers, hot dogs, shish ka bobs, tossed salad and taco salad. We would like to try some new things. What are your favorites? We have a 5# boneless pork roast in the freezer that we would like to use. We are expecting 20 to 30 people. I will be checking this post until Labor Day. Any and all suggestions are welcome. TIA!
