Hi, Elly -

How do you prepare the pork roast for the crock pot? Do you season it - do you have to add liquid, etc.? I've wanted to try this with the goal of shredding it and adding barbecue sauce to it after it was cooked, but was afraid of ruining a perfectly good (and sometimes costly) roast in the cooking process since I have no recipe.
